J. Franco came to recognize her true nature after encountering David Bingham's explanation of non-duality. Until then, she hadn’t considered herself a spiritual seeker, yet she had long wrestled with questions about existence, feeling intuitively that life held something far more expansive than the conventional story of what it means to be human. This realization brought a profound release—dissolving a lifetime of unacknowledged anxiety that had often surfaced as physical symptoms. Born in Mexico, J. Franco moved at a young age to Ontario, Canada, where she currently enjoys a life of effortless peace with her husband, their four children, and a love-filled home of cats and dogs. Rooted in a newfound sense of peace, J. Franco has returned to writing, discovering it to be a meaningful creative outlet for her journey, and she looks forward to having more published works in the near future.
